Chief 1 (McCarthy) arrived and reported a large commercial restaurant with a large volume of fire and additional departments were dispatched.

Initial crews worked diligently to try to suppress the flames but due to the location and rural water supplies eventually Large volumes of water were used in a totally defensive operation that lasted several hours. Multiple sources were found to maximum water and decrease delays in suppression efforts.

We would like to thank all of our members who responded and/or aided with clean up efforts. Thank you also to our mutual aid departments both on scene and staffing houses for standby.

There were no injuries to fire personnel or civilians reported.
